But Jeff Jetton, partner at Elite Development PNW in Lake Oswego, Oregon, is changing that perception one stunning installation at a time. He and his team’s latest masterpiece – featuring Leisure Pools’ Pinnacle 35′ in Sapphire Blue – has earned recognition as our May 2025 Pool of the Month.

This winning installation tells a unique story of development and design. The Elite team did more than just install a backyard pool. They also bought and developed the entire property, building three custom homes in a row, each complete with its own backyard pool from Leisure Pools. The featured installation showcases how thoughtful planning can create the perfect harmony between home and backyard oasis.
